go for bootcut jeans…theyre usually too long for me however (shameful), so id cut them, but they look alright. oh, and pinstripe pants!…washed out jeans look alright, always go for darker colours for slimness

Tomorrow I have an interview for the receptionist position working at a salon in NYC known as the Rita Hazan Salon. Supposedly many celebrities go here to get their hair done, nails, facials, etc. Anyhow, I don’t have a CLUE as to what to wear. I know salon atmosphere is mostly edgy and thats really in right now, but I don’t want to come off as unprofessional.
I was thinking maybe a solid black polo tee, dark navy jeans (maybe rock & republic or express) and solid black shoes? Keep it simple. Not to mention that I am SO on a budget right now. Also I would probably wear my this season Olive color Louie Vuitton bag & a Diesel belt to add designer touch.

However if you’re really thin, and you want to look a bit bigger, then go with lighter shades. I have a pair in almost every shade and they’re great. They look good with everything and not to mention for every season. They are by far the most versatile style of jeans and also the most flattering for anyone. I’ve even seen bigger girls in them, and it makes them look slimmer. So I say go for it. Just before you do buy them, to be safe, buy it in the dark denim and make sure you try on different styles of skinny jeans before you decide. You’d be surprised how many shades and cuts there are.
